Hummingbirds Soccer

Children age 3 & 4 years old will learn the basics of soccer: dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, and positioning. Each session consists of instruction in each aspect of the game and low-key, non-competitive games. All teams will receive a schedule.

WHEN: Saturday's 

Session 2: 6/11 - 7/23 (no class 7/2) (Football Field)

TIME: 1:00PM-2:00PM or 2:00PM-3:00PM   

WHERE: Broadview Heights Recreation Center

FEES: Resident $95, Non-Resident $100 

Jumpstart Teeball

Instructional Teeball for 3 & 4 year olds.  Players learn the basics of catching, fielding, throwing, and hitting. They will apply what they’ve learned in fun, non-competitive games. Coaching will be led by Jumpstart staff instructors, but parents are encouraged to participate either as a head coach or assistant.

Rookie League Baseball

A fun introduction to coach pitch baseball for 5 & 6 year olds. Players will receive instruction in all basics of the sport, and will apply what they have learned in fun games. The games will be non-competitive and no score will be kept. Players who are not able to hit a pitched ball will be able to use a tee while learning.  Each session includes instruction and game play. All coaching will be conducted by Jump Start Sports staff, but parents are encouraged to assist.

Summer Sports Camps

Camp Information: Ages: 5-12.  Location: Broadview Heights Football Field.  Times: 9:00AM-12:00PM

FEES: 1 Week Camp—$130/week,  All 6 weeks—$100/week

Ultimate Warrior

6/13-6/17- Age-appropriate and safe activities specifically designed to challenge, inspire, and excite. Games and tasks this week include obstacle courses, relays, tug-of-war, and many other fun activities designed to teach cooperation and teamwork while also helping campers develop self-esteem.


World Cup Soccer

 6/20-6/24 -Campers get their kicks at the World Cup Soccer Camp! Players learn foot skills, passing, shooting, goalkeeping, and team concepts. Each day, they are also divided by gender and skill level and participate in games. The last few days of camp, small teams represent a country and participate in a fun World Cup competition.  


All American Sports

6/27-7/1 –Campers celebrate our nation's upcoming birthday playing popular games loved in the USA! Sports include football/cheerleading, soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, and more. The focus will be on fun drills and recreational game play with fun competition in each sport. (During football/cheer activities, kids will be able to choose between football and cheerleading.) 


Survivor Camp

7/11-7/15 -All the fun of the TV show without getting voted out. Campers will be divided into Tribes and compete in fun team challenges and races every day. Hidden idols, secret advantages, race ending puzzles will all be a part of the fun! We will have Tribal Council every day, but instead of voting anyone out, campers will vote on the Survivor of the Day, rewarding one camper from each team for his or her strong effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship. 


Olympics Camp

7/18-7/22 -The Olympics are coming! Children are grouped by age and divided into countries to learn about track and field and many other Olympic sports. Campers learn about the culture and history of their adopted country and make a flag to carry at the "Closing Ceremonies" and "Presentation of Medals". 


Football and Cheer Camp

7/25-7/29 -Football players will have a blast playing games and learning the basic fundamentals in an atmosphere that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork and the joy of sports. Cheerleaders will learn a variety of cheers, jumps, kicks and movements. We'll also play fun cheerleading games and create cheerleading themed crafts.
