SilverSneakers Classic* – Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 10:15AM-11:15AM
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand weights, and balls are provided along with chair for support. Instructor: Joyce Klonowski. *Class offered at no charge to members.
Senior Yoga – Wednesdays and Fridays 11:15AM-12:15PM (Class on hiatus until fall)
This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. *This class is on hiatus until the fall. Senior Cardio – Monday/Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Friday 9:00AM-9:45AM
Get up and Go with an aerobics class for you – safe, hearth healthy, and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy following, low-impact movement, upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxing exercises. A chair is available for support and easy head to toe stretching. Instructor – M/T/W Sue, Friday Gina
Mat Class – Wednesdays 10:15AM-11:00AM
Strengthen your body with exercises mostly done on the mat. Working on core muscles with legs and arms with and without equipment. Instructor - Sue.
