SilverSneakers

 Select plans under various providers are currently including this as a benefit to their members. All Silver Sneakers Members must swipe their membership card at the front desk prior to each class. Non-SilverSneakers may participate at no charge in the SilverSneakers Classic class but will need to have a valid group exercise pass for the other classes. Group Exercise passes are given to all adults that have an annual membership and may also be purchased in packages of 15 classes to those that don't have a membership. 

*Classes occasionally get cancelled or changed. We will send out a text alert letting everyone that is registered for text notifications know which class is cancelled.. To receive this alert please text the keyword SSClasses to 84483 to sign up.

SILVER SNEAKERS CLASSES

SilverSneakers Cardio M/W/Th/F: 9am - 9:45am.  

SilverSneakers Classic M/W/F: 10:15am - 11:15am

SilverSneakers Yoga Tuesdays/Thursdays: 10:00am - 10:45am  

SilverSneakers Splash Tues/Thurs 8:45am – 9:30am

SilverSneakers and Senior classes are recommended for people 65 and older but are also great for our 55+ community. For more information please visit the Silver Sneakers website


All classes below are offered at NO CHARGE to SilverSneakers and Renew Active Members. A Group Exercise Pass is good for all our Group Exercise classes including Zumba, Yoga and Group Cycling. Please see our Group Exercise page for all classes offered.

SilverSneakers Classic* – 
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand weights, and balls are provided along with chair for support.  *Class offered at no charge to members.

Senior Cardio –  
Get up and Go with an aerobics class for you – safe, hearth healthy, and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy following, low-impact movement, upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxing exercises. A chair is available for support and easy head to toe stretching. 

Senior Yoga - 

This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation to reduce stress. 

SilverSneakers Splash–  

This class offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve flexibility and cardio endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. Class is 45 minutes.
