Every spring the Broadview Heights Lions Club awards up to 6 local seniors with $1,000 grants through its Financial Grant Program. The Lions scholarship criteria focuses on financial need and service of students to their community while living out the Lions international motto, "We Serve". This presentation is by two of the Chippewa Garden Club's Master Gardeners, Kathy Habib and Jo Ann Bartsch. They will explain how to prepare your garden to have great horticulture. A refresher will be given to members on how to prepare their exhibits, plus the rules and tips for successful ribbon-winning in the July 2019 "70th Anniversary Flower Show".
