The goal of our introductory archery course is to provide students of all ages instruction on how to shoot as safely as possible; as correctly as possible according to well established professional standards; and as accurately as age, physicality and available equipment will allow. Our archery class boosts ability, confidence, respect and discipline…and they are great fun. Classes are taught by Robert Schaefer or John Pfon. Both instructors hold USA Archery Level 1 and Level 2 Instructor certifications. In addition to participating in archery for more than 30 years, Robert was a board member and committee chairman for a 21-acre archery park in Huntington New York that serves 500 families. Class meets once per week for 6 weeks in our Auxiliary Gym. The first session takes place in our meeting room from 7PM-8PM to review safety and other archery information. This is a mandatory meeting for all age groups, even those who have taken the class previously. All equipment will be provided. Maximum 8.
