Get fit with this one-hour cardiovascular strength-training class designed to make you lean and defined. Sculpt and tone muscles, strengthen your core by using just one set of 5 lb. dumbbells. Bring a set of 3 to 5 lb dumbbells, an exercise mat and stretch band to class. Eight, one-hour classes in each section. Weekday classes run 4 weeks (8 classes), weekend classes run 8 weeks (8 classes).
