Cancellation Policy

• You can pay in full (non-refundable and non-transferable) 
• You can be billed in 12 installments. 1^st payment is due now and each payment after will be charged the same day each month unless cancelled. To cancel, you must submit the online Cancellation Form 5 days prior to the next payment. Cancellations can only be done for the entire household membership. Cancellations for memberships can only be requested once in a 12 month period. 

Members that are 18 yrs+ will receive unlimited group exercise passes.  Passes will be cancelled if membership is terminated.

Daily Drop In Rates

Broadview Heights Resident*: $10

Non-Resident: $20

*Identification or other Proof of Broadview Heights residency will be required to get the resident rate. Birth Certificate verifying parent or State I.D. matching parents address will be required for minors. This documentation will only be required for first visit. 

30 Day Pass

The 30 Day Pass is a "Day Pass" that allows entry into the Fitness Center, Natatorium, Basketball Courts, and Group Exercise Classes for 30 days. It is non-refundable, and non-transferable. There are no automatic payments. Broadview Heights residents must provide proof of residency documents to receive the resident rate.
