- You can be billed in 12 installments. 1st payment is due now and each payment after will be charged the same day each month unless cancelled. To cancel, you must submit the online Cancellation Form 5 days prior to the next payment. Cancellations can only be done for the entire household membership. Cancellations for memberships can only be requested once in a 12 month period.
Members that are 18 yrs+ will receive 160 hours of group exercise passes and 5 hours of golf simulator passes. Passes will be cancelled if membership is terminated.
If you purchased a membership prior to September 6th and would like to renew it now to receive the new benefits, please start by filling out this form. You will receive a prorated credit that you can then apply to a new membership. Please also fill out the online membership form here.
Daily Drop In Rates
Broadview Heights Resident*: $10
*Identification or other Proof of Broadview Heights residency will be required to get the resident rate. Birth Certificate verifying parent or State I.D. matching parents address will be required for minors. This documentation will only be required for first visit.
