The 2022 City-wide Garage Sale will go on for 3 DAYS!  

DATES: September 8, 9, & 10th  

HOURS: 9am-3pm 


Please note the following: 

  • All applicants will have their address, dates of sale, and items list included on a map that will be available on the city website, www.broadview-heights.org. Hard copies will be available at Community Center Front Desk at 9543 Broadview Road. 
  • All sales will also be listed on Google Maps along with your items list.
  • THE MAP AND LIST WILL BE AVAILABLE MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH, NO EARLIER 
  • Signage is the responsibility of the seller. If you choose to have signs at the beginning of your street, please make sure they are removed before Monday.
  • Neighborhood Homeowner Association Rules Apply.

You must submit the application and list by Monday, August 29th. No Late submissions are accepted, evey late submission holds ups the process of publishing the address list and maps.
