Public records are any document that relates to the business or activities of the City. Records are available for review Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except holidays.
There is a $.10 per page cost for copies per Ord. #155-12.
If the records are readily available, they will be given out immediately. If the records need to be researched or reviewed, or are voluminous, you will be notified as to when they will be available (no more than 3 business days).

The Ohio Open Records Law allows anyone to request public records without a statement of purpose, and requests can even be made anonymously.
