These outdoor rock concerts will be held Fridays; 6/1, 7/6, 8/3, and 9/7 from 7PM to 10PM. All concerts will take place rain or shine on the Broadview Center grounds in the pavilion near the football field. There will be plenty of free parking as well as shelter in the event of rain. Food and adult beverages will be available for purchase. Each concert event will have a car “Cruise-In” hosted by Next Level Auto Detailing. There will be a specially designated parking area for the vehicles. Monies raised from Cruise-In activities will be donated to a pre-designated local charity. Questions about the concerts or sponsorship opportunities may be directed to Annette Phelps at City Hall at 440-526-4357. Call Shawn Medina at (440-476-9282) for information about the Cruise-In. The concerts are free and open to the public. Please note, the splashpark will be closed on these dates.

Carnival rides, games, food, live entertainment, fireworks, beer garden and contests. The Parks & Recreation Department will be hosting Mayor Alai’s 5K & 1-Mile Walk on Sunday 7/15. This is a special event for the whole family in conjunction with the Broadview Heights “Home Days on the Green”. Race begins and ends at the Broadview Heights Recreation Center: 9543 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, OH 44147.
7:30 a.m. - Race-day registration and packet pickup
8:30 a.m. - 5K Run (B-tag chip timing, 3.1 miles) and 1 Mile Walk/Run
5K Run: $20 on or before July 7 or $25 on race day
1 Mile Walk: $15 on or before July 7 or $20 on race day.
Family Rate: $18/person for the 5K and $13/person for the 1 Mile
Must be three or more people living at the same address - valid through the mail only. Must be received by Wednesday, July 11th. Mail one entry form per person, together in one envelope.

Top overall male & female as well as 5K racers finishing in the top three in each age group. Age groups (male & female): 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60 & over. All 5K participants 10 & under will receive participation medals.
Pancake Breakfast Information:
The Broadview Heights Community Pancake Breakfast will be held in our gymnasium the morning of the race from 9AM until 11AM. The breakfast will feature pancakes, sausage, juice and milk. The cost of the breakfast is $8 per person. All registered race participants receive a free ticket to the breakfast.

Come spend the night with us as we show COCO on the big screen! Concession stand will be open during the movie. Event is free to attend (bring your chairs and blankets!) but if you would like to camp out, you must register in advance at our front desk or online. Registration is $15 per tent per family and can be setup anytime after 5pm on the 4th. Restrooms will be available all night.
Looking for an awesome night out at the ballpark? Look no further. Broadview Heights night with the Cleveland Indians will take place on August 17th and is a great family event that you can share with other members of the community. Broadview Heights Farmers Market held at the Southwest corner of Broadview and Route 82 on Saturdays from 9am to 2pm. The Broadview Heights Park & Recreation Department offers open swim time for home schoolers ages 5 and up during the day. This is a great way to get some physical fitness and meet new friends! Swim days take place Thursdays from October through May from 1pm to 2:45 pm from ages 5-12. All non members must pay the $3 drop rate, including adults. Children under age 7 must be accompanied in the water by an adult. If under age 7 must be accompanied in the water by an adult. Scholarship programs available: for Broadview Heights Residents up to 18 years or age, we offer a 50% discount on elect recreation programs.
