Broadview Heights Flex Pass

In order to participate in the following classes, you can either pay a drop-in fee or purchase a FLEX PASS for multiple visits to any of these programs listed below! Many of these classes are offered at no charge to SilverSneakers members.  See description below for SilverSneakers Classes. Classes included in FLEX PASS are listed below.  Please check or visit the front desk for any updates, changes, cancellations, etc. Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, & CANNOT BE SHARED. SilverSneakers/Silver & Fit members will need a Flex Pass for Aquacise Aerobics, AquaFit and Fit After 50. The following classes will be cancelled if the Brecksville Broadview Heights Schools are closed due to weather: Classic, Splash, Cardio, Balance and Yoga.

AquaFit – Mondays/Wednesdays 6:00PM - 7:00PM
60 minute aquatic exercise program designed to improve endurance, heart health, strength and flexibility. Class incorporates various types of resistence and weight training equipment provided by the facility.  The water alleviates impact thereby protecting joints while allowing for a full body and fun workout. No swimming experience necessary. M/W 6:00PM-7:00PM. This is NOT a SilverSneakers Class. 
Aquacise Aerobics
Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 9:00AM – 10:00AM (June through mid August) - 8AM-9AM)
This is a fun-filled cardiovascular workout along with muscle toning and strengthening. The class will also incorporate various water exercise equipment into each session. Class limit 15. This is NOT a SilverSneakers Class.  Time changes to 8:00AM-9:00AM starting 6/6. 

Fit After 50 - Mondays/Fridays 9:00AM - 10:00AM
Fit After 50 is a safe, easy and effective exercise class, for individuals who have not exercised on a regular basis, or are recuperating from a medical condition, improved balance, enhance flexibility, regenerated muscle tone, improved bone density, reduce fall risk. Fit After 50 will keep you health and enjoying life. This is NOT a SilverSneakers Class.

SilverSneaker Classes

Senior Yoga – Tuesdays/Thursdays 11:00AM-11:45AM
Yoga will move your whole body through complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. *This class offered at no charge to SilverSneaker Members.*

SilverSneakers Classic – Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 10:00AM-11:00AM
Ongoing exercise program held every week in our GYM! Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to improve muscluar strength and range of motion. Light weights will be used. Chairs will be provided. *This class offered at no charge to SilverSneaker Members.*

Senior Cardio
 – Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 9:00AM-9:45AM and Tuesdays/Thursdays 10:00AM-10:45AM
Get up and Go with an exercise program that was designed for you, safe, heart healthy and perfect for joints.  The workout includes easy to follow, low impact movement, upper body strength, low body movement and stretching. Please bring your own mat or beach towel. *This class offered at no charge to SilverSneaker Members.

SilverSneakers Splash
– Mondays and Thursdays 12:00PM-1:00PM
Activate your aqua urge for variety! SilverSplash offers lots of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexability and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination. *This class offered at no charge to SilverSneaker Members.*no class 7/11, 7/14 and 8/8

Balance ClassTuesdays 9:00AM-9:45AM
Regain your sense of balance and help prevent balance related falls and injuries.  Balance class will involve a gentle warm up and breathing exercises followed by stability enhancing movements in a slow flowing format.  The moves will incorporate lower body and core muscle groups, presented in a gentle manner.  Improve balance, confidence and life!  Class is free to SilverSneakers members, non members will need to buy a flex pass to attend.  A chair will be provided for added support.   Class limit 15.
